SUBJECT : Follow up Re: Case of Jinyoung Jung, Korean National

DATE : August 12, 2022

1. Reference: Memorandum from this Directorate dated April 20, 2009 with
subject: Expansion of TF USIG Mandate: Inclusion of Death of Foreign Nationals
(DFNs).

2. This pertains to the case of Jinyoung Jung, female, Korean national who
was found dead on September 23, 2013 inside her residence at Unit 301, Clinnan
Court Bldg., located at #2205 P. Burgos St., corner G. Villanueva St., Pasay City.

3. In this regard, you are hereby directed to provide and undertake the
following:
a. Latest status of the criminal case filed before the RTC Branch 115,
Pasay City docketed under Criminal case No. R-PSY-14-07694-CR;
b. Copy of Resolution from the Prosecutor’s Office, and Order from the
Court;
c. Status of the suspects, Michael Rivera and Clarisse Anne Joy Bonete;
d. Colored copy of mugshot/picture of the suspects;
e. Encode the update of the case into the CIDMS, and upload the
supporting documents. Thereafter, submit case reference number;
f. Colored copy of Passport/ID picture of the victim; and
g. Name and contact number of IOC.

4. Submit result of your actions taken with supporting pertinent documents to

this Directorate (Attn: TF “USIG” Secretariat) NLT August 19, 2022 thru courier or
email (tfusig.didm@pnp.gov.ph/didm_tfusig@yahoo.com)
