Environmental and Industry Analysis

Conditions of the General Environment

In making of our own product, we must identify where we should build our business place. A
place that has many people who are gathering around or happens to be passing by at our business
place. In that case, it will not get hard for us to look for buyers instead they will come and buy our
products.

We decided to make our school Asian Institute of Computer Studies - Montalban Branch to be
our business place. Aside from it has many students who may buy our products, there are some people
who might be our buyers such as admins, teachers and some workers nearby or around the school.

Conditions of the Specific Environment

In our business place which is in Asian Institute of Computer Studies - Montalban Branch,
having only one canteen but few products is not enough to supply the foods for the students.
Sometimes we can’t avoid on looking for another source of buying foods so that’s why we’ve decided to
make a business in the same place that could satisfy the students.
