1.0 Introduction
Residential College Committee of UniKL MIAT would like to apply and request for
approval from the management of UniKL MIAT for the hostel’s event “RCC Open
Weekend” on 19th and 20th of August 2022. This event will be separated into two sub-
programs which are RCC Open Day and Merit Workshop. The purpose of this event is to
spread the awareness of the importance of students’ campus social lifestyle. Our motto for
this semester “Home of Togetherness” that represents the situation where in every hardship,
there will be always unity in this organization and community.

2.0 Objective
1. To apply the sense of engagement towards campus social lifestyle.
2. To approach students with the activities related to GHOCS.
3. To upskill the students’ ability to understand the importance of Hostel Merit.

3.0 Method or planning to achieve the objective

1. Recruiting students to be committees for Campus Lifestyle’s events.
2. Collecting information and brief the importance of Hostel and GHOCS merit for
students to be included in campus’ events.
3. Preparing side games for students during committee recruitment.

11.0 Conclusion

We hope that this program will be approved to be held successfully. It’s also a good
platform for RCC and SDCL to promote our activities to the students. With the help
