SWAPPING AGREEMENT

We the undersigned agreed voluntarily to swap stations as stated below.

1. RAZEL MAE G. VELASQUEZ Teacher I of Hagnaya Integrated School, San
Remigio District I, Division of Cebu Province to Guiom Elementary School, Cawayan
West District, Division of Masbate Province.
2. JOEFEL D. MERALLES Teacher I of Guiom Elementary School, Cawayan West
District, Division of Masbate Province to Hagnaya Integrated School, San
Remigio District I, Division of Cebu Province
We are fully aware that we can serve better our pupils and community if we are assigned to our
own barangay school, because we can minimize both travel time and other financial expenses.
This swapping agreement is mutually and voluntarily made for the good of our services to the
Department of Education, Cebu Province Division and Masbate Province Division.
We hope and pray that this agreement will be given a favorable action.
