Cause 7 : Clogged Filter Element
Action
③ Clean the filter Element(s) by using the De-scaling liquid after removing them from the filter body.
De-scaling liquid should be poured into a plastic container and then mixed with water.
Ratio of water to De-scaling liquid should be approximately five (5) parts water to one (1) part
De-scaling liquid.
NOTE : Change the DP Set Value to assist with the Back-flushing operation when the ship is in more difficult
water conditions.
