AUTHORIZED SHARES
The Corporation is authorized to issue 500,000 shares of stock. The issued class of stock will be identi ed as

BYLAWS

DISSOLUTION
In the event of dissolution, the assets will be distributed by the Board of Directors with respect to the
applicable state statute. Other necessary provisions regarding the asset distribution upon dissolution will be
stated in the By-Laws of the Corporation.
