With reference to the CEN No.01/2018, you have been provisionally selected for offer of
appointment by Railway Recruitment Board vide letter under reference and allotted to Bhusawal
Division of Central Railway for appointment to the post of Appt. Asst Loco Pilot(PB-I, ML-2) in
Electrical (Traction Operation) Department.

1. This offer of appointment is provisional subject to fulfillment of prescribed terms and conditions
of recruitment and verification of documents.
2. You have to undergo Medical Re-Examination for Medical Category Aye-One(A-I) as per Railway
Board’s letter No.2020/E(RRB)/25/07 dtd.17/06/2022, accordingly appointment will be given
only if found Medically Fit for prescribed Medical Category i.e. Aye-One.
3. Medically unfit candidates of this panel are not eligible for the appointment on alternative post
as per Railway Board's L.No. 99/E(RRB)/25/12 Dated 25/05/2009 (RBE No.90/2009) HQ’s L.No.
HPB.706.RT.D. Policy dated 12.6.2009.
4. You must undergo mandatory initial training, and successfully complete the training otherwise
your appointment will be terminated forthwith.
5. You are liable to be posted and transferred to any station on Bhusawal Division.
6. You will have to take an oath of allegiance to India and the Constitution of India before an
appointment.
7. You will have to sign the prescribed form in regards to plural marriages.
8. If required, you will have to serve in Railway Engineering Units of Territorial Army for the period
specified by the Railway Administration.
9. If you fulfill all the conditions and appointed against the working post, you will be eligible for
new defined contributory Pension Scheme introduced by the Government vide Railway Board’s
letter No.F{E}III.2003.Pnl.24 dated 31/12/2003 and 202.AC.21.1 Dtd. 27/02/2004.
10. Your appointment will be provisional and subject to:-
i. Medical Fitness for the post of Appt.Asst. Loco Pilot.
ii. Verification of character & antecedent.
iii. Production of original certificates.
iv. The verification & present status of Caste/Tribe Certificate through the proper channel. If the
verification reveals that the claim belongs to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes, as the case
may be, is false your services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons
and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian
Penal Code for production of such false certificate.
v. Successfully completion of mandatory training for the post of Appt. Asst. Loco Pilot.
11.If the conditions set-forth above are acceptable to you, you should attend to this office i.e.
Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, Personnel Department, Loco Running Section, Bhusawal
(Central Railway) on or before 17/08/2022 along with following documents to complete the
recruitment formalities for directing you to Zonal Railway Training Institute/ Bhusawal for Initial
Training Course for the post of Appt. Asst. loco Pilot.
i. Original Mark sheet & Board certificate of SSC and school leaving certificate which is showing
your date of birth and other particulars furnished in your application along with attested Xerox
copies (04 sets).
 ii. You may also submit attested Xerox copies of higher education & Technical Qualification
certificates along with original documents in 04 sets.
iii. SC/ST candidates should produce their original Caste Certificate in prescribed format of Central
Government with seal and signature of Competent Authority in 04 sets.
iv. OBC candidates should produce original OBC Certificate along with attested copies of Central list
in prescribed proforma bearing signature of competent authority and Government seal affixed
thereon and having clause of creamy layer. Creamy layer certificate should not be more than
one year old.
v. Certificate of Character on the enclosed format duly signed by the Head of the educational
Institution last attended and employer, if any, or First Class Executive Magistrate or Gazetted
officer.
vi. Attestation form (enclosed herewith) duly filled in 2 copies.
vii. If you are in Government/Semi-Government service, you should produce a NOC/Resignation/
Technical Resignation and relieving letter from your employer to take the new post.
viii. 20 passport size recent photographs at the time of appointment.
ix. ADHAR CARD in original & 05 photocopies.
x. PAN CARD, in original & 05 photocopies.
xi. Photocopy of bank pass book having Bank Account Number, Bank Address.
xii. Cancelled cheque of same Bank having your name, Account No. and IFSC on the cheque, in 02
sets.

The required documents and copy of Bond/Agreement Papers have already been sent
to your e-mail address.
If you fail to report to this office on or before 17/08/2022, it will be presumed that you
are not interested in offer of appointment & offer of appointment is liable to be cancelled.
You should attend to this office immediately with necessary documents in original as early
as possible on the date as mentioned above along with this Call Letter, Envelope and Pass.

Note: - You are advised to attend this office after taking second dose of COVID-19 with
documentary proof. You have to follow the guidelines of Central Government/ State Government/
Railway Administration regarding preventive/safety measures against COVID-19.
