    SIGNIFICANT CASES HANDLED:


    Andal vs. Andal (G.R. No. 196359. May 11, 2021): This
    landmark Supreme Court case liberalized the long-
    standing Molina Doctrine for marriage cases. It paves
    the way for the legalization of divorce in the
    Philippines.

    Anti-Terror Law (G.R. No. 252578, et al. December 7,


    2021): This landmark Supreme Court case upheld the
    constitutionality of the Anti-Terror Law in virtually its
    entirety.

    AMLC: Handled several large-scale Freeze Order and


    Civil Forfeiture petitions.
