Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
 Interest is the most important motivator when we do something with passion,
putting all our interest into it, we do better what we set out to do.

Being independent we can make better decisions when it comes to doing

something if we don’t have to think about interests outside of us.

Obviously relationships, whether personal or professional, are very important to

achieve success because if we surround ourselves with the right people, they
help us grow and meet our goals.

Having a healthy, professional and personal lifestyle is very important to

achieve success because it keeps you focused both physically and mentally.

Having security in everything we do allows us to transmit that tranquility to

others as well as to ourselves and that allows us to achieve many things.

Challenges make us always improve, going further allows us to climb higher.

Having variety does not let us get bored with what we are doing and that does
not let us give up on our objective.

There should be competition to force us to try harder, give more and be better
every day.

Recognition is a factor to evaluate our performance, it is very important that our

successes and achievements are recognized.

Money in everyone’s life is essential for us and I also believe that if you manage
to be successful it is a fruit of that effort.
