Guide for Security Agency to Check on

Number of Employers notified with a Security Officer

1. Obtain the NRIC/FIN of the Security Officer (SO) to

be screened
STEP 1 2. This screening should be done as a pre-employment
check

1. Log in to
http://www.spf.gov.sg/licence/frameset_PI.html
2. Go to Security Agency
3. Select “Enquiry on Approved Security Officer”
STEP 2

1. Authorized User Log in using SINGPASS

STEP 3
 1. Enter the NRIC/FIN of the SO (or PI) to be screened

STEP 4

1. The No. Of Notifications will show the agencies/In-

house employer the SO is already notified with.
2. If your agency has notified this SO, it will be
included in the count.
STEP 5 3. If you need more information on the SO’s
employment, please check with the SO. The
authority is unable to release this information.
