Management has responsibility to driving strategic management integration to
meet the company's vision & mission objectives.
Specific deliverable:
• Business analyst & development: map the company’s business process by
strategic business function, and critical key process. Set up business process
maturity level and milestone planning. Also conduct projects performance
review & business performance analysis in graphical report (dashboard
management).
