INFORMATION

UNDERSIGNED, Provincial Prosecutor of Tarlac Prosecutor Office, under oath

accuses JOHN FLOYD y FABIAN and HECTOR FABIAN y TOLENTINO guilty beyond
reasonable doubt of the crime of Forcible Abduction with Rape, in relation to Section 5(b) of
Republic Act (RA) No. 7610, committed as follows;

That on or about 11:00 PM of August 18, 2022 at Barangay Lourdes, Municipality of

Bamban, Province of Tarlac, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, did then and
there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, with lewd design, by means of force, threat and
intimidation, abduct and take away by means of a Van, have carnal knowledge by then and
there has said accused Raped MARIA ANASTASIA CORDON y FLORES against the latter’s
will and consent.
