    SEXUAL HARASSMENT

    In 1995 RA No: 7877 ANTI-SEXUAL ACT was made and they also made LAW RA No: 11313 SAFE SPACES
    ACT / BAWAL BASTOS because many see that sexual harassment is not only at work and at school but
    also at public malls , buses, jeeps and on the street experience sexual harassment, Atty. Aurora Ramos
    also gave an example of Sexual Harassment Like Atty. Susan Aquino vs. Hon. Ernesto Acosta, Domingo
    vs. Rayala and Toliongco vs. CA that can prosecute various acts of violence. For those who experience
    Sexual Harassment or other human crimes, we can approach the Commission on Human Rights.
