Confirmation Letter for Securing a Self-Quarantine Place

In response to the worldwide spread of the COVID-19, Republic of Korea has implemented the self-
quarantine or government facility quarantine for every individual entering Korea since 0:00 am April 1,
2020. If you are currently staying overseas, and if you wish to enter Korea for this semester, you must fill out
and submit this confirmation letter. If you do not submit this letter or if you disagree to any one of the items
below, your application may be rejected. If you have not secured a place suitable for self-quarantine, we
recommend that you instead register for the next semester.

<Self-Quarantine> According to the Article 42 of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Management Act of the
Republic of Korea, and the Article 16 of the Quarantine Act, etc. you must self-quarantine for 7 days at the
place for self-quarantine within Korea.
