CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

1.1 Conclusion

This study concludes that the proposed web-based online reservation queuing

system with email notification is a big help in improving the capabilities of school using

a technology. Using the system, administrator can easily track all the transactions that is

happening in every office. They can also manage the accounts who are entering and using

the system itself. Personnel in admission, cashier, program director, and registrar also use

the system to manage numbers of student’s queue flow which assist them in organizing

the lines orderly. Also, the record that holds all the transactions in every office will help

them to produce reports for additional support. Lastly, students will no longer find

themselves in a long line since the system will provide them an online reservation and

select their desired time when they will go. With the help of email notification, students

will be reminded on what time they appoint for them to not missed their reservation.

Overall, this system will speed up the process of current procedures adapted by the

school. It will handle the queues in most efficient way.
