WHAT IS IT? WHAT IT MEASURES?

Rain Gauge is a devise use to measure a Precipitation of rain.


HOW IT WORKS
This gauge will be place on an open area to collect water, the
total rain precipitation amount (RA) will be measured in
terms of volume of water divided by the area of collection.
1) RAIN GAUGE
OTHER: udometer, pluvia metior,
pluviometer, ombrometer, and hyetometer.

This Pan is used to measures the humidity, temperature, rain


fall Drought etc.
HOW IT WORK
At the start of the day, water will be poured into a 10-inch-
deep pan the amount and rate of evaporation will be used to
evaluate the day's weather.
2) EVAPORATION PAN
or evaporimeter

The wind cone is used to measures The wind direction and


strength.
HOW IT WORKS
A 8-foot-long tube of fabric will be set up in an elevated
location. The wind sock will be blowing on the side opposite
from where the wind is coming from, and the straightness of
the sock will indicate how powerful the wind is.
