This study used a descriptive-quantitative research design and the tool used is
target sample of the study which is the grade 10 completers in School Year 2016-
2017. The researchers gathered information and responses by sending them a message
on social media.
In the research findings, the researchers identified the students who continue
and did not continue senior high school and the reason behind the decision. They also
found out that there are students who transferred to other school specifically in
private school and colleges. They are able to identified the things that influence it.
Since there is a downfall while conducting the study the researchers recommended to

of the study in a coherent and logical way for ensuring the research will have

questionnaire that provides a script for presenting a standing set of questions and
response actions. Since survey questionnaire contains the following variables such the
profile of the respondents and the reasons why they continue studying or not.

from the target respondents. For the future researchers, the researchers suggested to
continue the study and as much as possible gather information from all grade 10
completers in order to make the study more reliable and credible. For the School
students and add a track and strand for the next senior high school students since
track and strand is next to the highest most number of reasons why they transfer.
