Dear Dra. Yu- Victoria:

Greetings!

We write for our client, Ms. Janewin Kay Ong of EMMANUEL HOSPITAL Sta. Rita,
San Miguel, Bulacan
If you will recall our client was a patient of yours in the above address hospital on
September 6, 2019 for child delivery, however after giving birth because of the
erroneous procedure on your part she suffered a rectovaginal fistula which you
repaired but instead led to her worsening condition, affecting her vowel 1movement
and other related condition due to inappropriate surgical procedure caused by your
negligence. She has suffered actual damages, serious anxiety, sleepless nights due to
said negligent and wrongful medical treatment and/or procedure.

In view of the foregoing, our client has shouldered all medical bills amounting to up to
the present and will need another P 74,500 to complete restoring whatever damage
done to her rectum and vigana.

While your promised to assist her in her condition, you put her in charity ward and
gave a meagre sum of P 25,000, which is insufficient and far from estimated medical
bills.

To avoid further inconvenience and bringing the matter to the Professional Regulatory
Commission (PRC) for medical malpractice and drag the name of the hospital you are
working for, we demand that you settle the matter within ten (10) days from receipt of
this letter by completing the financial medical support to our client in the amount of P
74,500.

Failure to heed this demand will constrain us to file the necessary legal action against
you, against the hospital for actual, moral and exemplary damages, including
administrative complaint in the PRC.

We trust that you will give this letter your preferential attention to avoid further
inconvenience for all parties concerned.
