The Objective of the Review Class is to allow law graduate employees six (6)- months of comprehensive BAR Review Class to prepare for the BAR examination in 2022. 3. Basic Qualification Requirements: 3.1 Has rendered two (2) years of government service with at least one (1) year ofthe required service in the Department of Agrarian Reform, 3.2 Has been rated at least Very Satisfactory (VS) in the last 2 rating periods. 3.3 Endorsement Letter addressed to the National HRDC in the form of a resolution duly signed by the members of the RHRDC. All qualified applicants should pass through the deliberation process at the Regional level 3.4 Recommendation Letter from the Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer (PARPO) addressed the Regional HRDC taking into consideration the following concems: Relevance and usefulness of the course to the competency requirements of the nominee and the needs of the office/unit * Delivery of Office service shall not be disrupted by the employee's availing ofthe scholarship © Availabilty of funds 3.5 The following documentary requirements must be submitted per applicant in one (1) folder to the National HRDC Secretariat on or before May 31, 2022.
