HISTORY
Sitio Nagpana
One of the earliest inhabitants of
the Philippines and they can still be
found in central (Aeta, Ita),
eastern (Dumagat), and
southeastern Luzon (Agta), as well
as several islands in the Visayas
(Ati/Atis)
Sitio Nagpana is a part of Barangay
Lipata in Barotac Viejo, which is
home for one of the largest groups
of Ati.

Geography
Description
Rolling hills and moderately
steep surfaces with water
reservoirs like waterfalls.
The Nagpana Falls is one of
the main attraction and
resource in the area.
Economy
The major source of livelihood for the Atis of Nagpana
is farming. Crops like rice, corn, root crop, and other
vegetables are the major sources of income for both
men and women.
The women were trained to make handicrafts by
government agencies.
They are currently running and managing coffee
farms and a cafe.
