What responsibilities should influences have in selling products?

Influencers should have to state the risks of what they advertise either on their
own time or in the ad themselves because if they advertise a product that makes a lot of
people upset because of some unmentioned features it's completely their fault. The
influencer should be able to go into their social media and say that they are in a specific
ad and then mention the risks of buying/using that product if they were not mentioned in
the commercial. This will help them say that they did warn people of the possible
consequences of buying or using the product that they advertised.

What responsibility do companies have for products and services


they market?
Companies have the responsibility to warn customers about the risks of buying or
using their products. This is because a customer could lose a lot of money just because
they don’t really know what they are buying. For example, if a customer did not know
the risks of buying crypto, and so they did during the Super Bowl or something like that,
they could be heavily impacted by the crash of crypto and could lose tons of money
while having no clue why. This is why companies should always put warnings in their
advertising if something volatile and unpredictable is being sold.
