alah Software is pleased to announce Knowledge Sharing Program for engineering

students. As an effort to support the upcoming talent in Information Technology Industry, we have decided to start this special program for the benefit of the students. The educational institutes of India including the technological colleges are often found lacking in Practical Training Support which they need to receive for successful execution of their job in the industry. This is really a critical problem for the future generation in education industry. Practical experience has become imperative not only to meet the current manpower requirement but also in ensuring that the future generations are more tech savvy, computer literate and Industry Compatible. Most of the students try to find a place in the Industry, however not everyone get training in the real IT company. The college try its level best to secure a place for students in an IT company, however it is not possible to get training positions for all the students. As a result, the students join paid training program or they buy a ready made project and show fake training certificates. If the student does not get project training in a commercial IT company, then it becomes very difficult for them to be ready for the final placements, as they lack the practical approach. They should understand the needs of the Industry and make themselves ready.

Eligibility/Requirements:
Student
The student should secure 50% marks in the last examination held. This program is only for students pursuing full time studies. BE/B.Tech CS/EC/IT and MCA The student must have cleared three semesters in the college. The student should possess good communication skills.

College
A faculty should be designated as the Project Manager. If the technology is not in course, it should be included or extra classes. There should be at least 90% participation of students. Complete assistance should be provided to the students for smooth flow of work. Senior officials must ensure that the projects are completed on time.

Features/Benefits:
No cost involved. We do not charge any training fee from the students or college. Students get live project and team management experience. Faculties get commercial project development and project management experience. Students do not have to buy, copy or get fake projects. All commercial and real. Real commercial environment shall be created in the college for the students keeping in view, the limitations of them. Complete assistance shall be provided by us, time to time. We will provide email, chat and phone support to students and faculties. No need to visit us, everything will be done within the college itself. Experience certificate will be provided by Salah Software at the end of assignment period that will mention that the student has worked for the company.

Objectives:
To impart practical experience to students in commercial software development environment that will make them ready to be hired by prospective employers. To build a partnership between Salah Software & the Educational Institution. To impart multiple software development skills to the students. To recognize students and college by mentioning their names in Live Projects development team section. To build team management skills in students in commercial environment. To impart the habit of on-time completion in students by providing deadlines. To nurture fresh talent and implement innovative ideas of students.

Process:
College will designate a faculty as key interface between Salah Software & Students who will act as Project manager. If the technology/programming language is not in course then college should make arrangements to include it in the course or arrange for extra classes to cover up. The Project Manager from Salah Software will brief the project and students will prepare SRS. Project updates shall be provided every Saturday to us. We will guide time to time. Final project shall be handed over to us, properly tested after completion. We will make the project Live after making necessary changes.
