IV. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DEPLOYMENT


Prepare an evaluation summary report for the deployment of your institution’s Quality
Management System (QMS). Use the following statement/questions as your guide in
preparing the report.
1. Describe the procedure you went through to develop your institutions QMS. What is
the scope of your QMS?
2. Describe how the quality policy is communicated, understood and applied within the
organization?
3. Based on your quality objectives, what are your KPIs? Describe the frequency and
the process followed to monitor the attainment of the KPIs.
4. Some of the benefits from developing and implementing an effective QMS is
increased efficiency, improved consistency and process improvement. Describe any
benefit that you have gained due to your implementation of QMS. Back this up with
specific data.
5. Describe all your procedures to monitor and evaluate the performance of trainers.
How are the result of the evaluation used?
6. Describe the leadership focus and any innovative ideas /actions to ensure quality
delivery of the program you are applying for award. Was there any effort to respond
to the requirements of 4IR?
