Greetings!

Barangay Langcuas is in search of a place, establishments and others which are worth
visiting.

We have learned that in your honorable place, you are able to establish a successful
community, complete with all the amenities and functions like a Local Government Unit.
This known achievement of yours had attracted our curiosity and interest to see for
ourselves the various fruits of your endeavor that you had undertaken. Your successful
status including your prevailing environmental preservation intrigued our desire to visit
your progressive community which was predicated by the council’s aim to conduct study
tours on known successful Local Government Unit of yours. In the process we may gain
personal knowledge on the different developmental programs purposely to enhance our
capability building.

However, in pursuing our dire enthusiast to visit your place we will be going to use
Barangay funds, and in so doing, there are more pre-requisites needed in order to
facilitate the disbursement of public funds for the purpose. Foremost of which, is the
letter of invitation from the place to be visited. It is in this connection that we are humbly
requesting your good office to kindly extend an invitation in a form of letter to this
Barangay Council so that we could realize the intention of our so called Lakbay Aral
which will be on July 12, 13 and 14th, 2015 or earlier as the case maybe.

AGREEMENT

COMES NOW, the complainants and before the office of the Punong Barangay,
respectfully states:

1. That the complainants are of legal age, Filipino, and residents of Purok 6;

2. That the complainants are owners/co-owners of parcel of lands within the area;

3. That these areas had different kinds of plants like bamboo trees, and others;

4. That the place was intruded by said SEVERINO ORTEGA and cut tree as he
wished without permission of the owners not only once but many times;

5. He was reprimanded by owners but denied the facts until due process was made.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that on the basis of witnesses of Severino Ortega

had done it is hereby agreed that:

1. He is prohibited to go to these places of the owners where he was found cutting

trees;
2. He is just allowed within the vicinity where he is renting or lodging.
3. That in case he is found guilty repeating the same offense, the request of the
Purok 6 resident will be complied as to their petition to oust him.
