I. RATIONALE
As stipulated in DepEd NO. 2 s. 2015, there should be specific mechanisms, criteria and
processes for the performance target setting, monitoring, evaluation and development planning
for school offices, covering all officials and employees. Teaching and Non- Teaching personnel
should involve themselves in planning, implementation, monitoring and coaching and assessment
of their Individual Performance Commitment Review. In the same manner, the mental health of
the teachers should not be neglected. Part of nurturing character exudes the kind of affection,
sympathy and compassion to all teachers. According to Lorna Dig Dino “caring is the key to
excellence”. It is in this light that the activity was conceptualized.
II. OBJECTIVES
Terminal Objectives:
1. Strengthened the implementation of Division Education Development Plan (DEDP),
2019-2022 on the school level.
2. Provided Learning Management System for teachers in the new normal.
3. Empathized with the teacher's personal experiences in the new normal.
Enabling Objectives:
1. Equip teachers’ programs, projects and activities based from DO 42 s. 2017 entitled
National Adoption and Implementation of the Philippine Standards for Teachers.
2. Evaluated the progress of School Year 2021-2022.
3. Provided online technical assistance for teachers Learning Management System.
4. Aligned BE-LCP to Division Education Development Plan (DEDP).
5. Encouraged teachers to guard their mental health.
6. Learned basic knowledge of the school’s website.
