Mrs. Trinidad Gituayan one of my highly-valued clients, have referred to me for

immediate legal action your continuing unjust and unreasonable refusal to pay them of your
balance of P290,680.00which you incurred from a debt with sometime in December 2020.

Based on our records, you are indebted to them in the assessed amount of TWO
HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS ONLY. (P290,680.00).
It appears that you have agreed to pay starting September 04, 2022 until the balance will be
fully paid and such payment will be made at the office of the Barangay Secretary for proper
documentation.

It is evident that my client has demanded from you numerous times to pay this
obligation. You have chosen however to ignore such despite the fact that my clients are
willing to temper their demand to accept the proposed amount as payment for the above-
stated amount.

Please be aware that your inadvertence or flagrant refusal to do so has caused

unimaginable damage to my clients. This is likewise a violation of pertinent violations of the
Revised Penal Code and may subject you to possible imprisonment. If my clients decide to
file a case against you, you can likewise be made liable for actual and moral damages,
attorney’s fees and litigation costs.

You may be aware of the difficulties and hassles associated with facing a criminal
and/or civil case in court. In view of this, final demand is hereby made for you to pay the
amount of TWO HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS ONLY.
(P290,680.00) in cash within twenty (20) days from receipt hereof.
