Pambungad na Mensahe

Para sa magulang:

Ang modyul na ito ay inihanda para sa pagbubukas ng klase bilang tugon sa kabila ng pandemya at upang
maipapatuloy ang pagkatuto ng iyong anak sa mga kasanayang dapat niyang makamtan.Upang ating tuluyang
makamit ang minimithing pagkatuto, inaasahan po namin na kayo ang magiging kaagapay upang mapag – ibayo
ang kakayahan at kaalaman na napapaloob sa modyul na ito.

Idokumento ang ginagawa ng iyong anak sa pamamagitan ng pagkuha ng litrato o video upang maging basehan na
siya ang gumagawa ng mga Gawain. Ang lahat ng iyong dinukumento ay iyong iipunin kasama ang mga
Worksheets na sinagutan ng iyong anak.

Ibibigay ito sa kanyang guro at ito’y magsisilbing basehan ng kanyang pagkatuto.

Para sa mag – aaral:

Ang modyul na ito ay inihanda namin para sa iyo upang tulungan kang linangin ang iyong kakayahan sa pagsulat
ng iyong pangalan at apelyido, kasarian, gulang/kapanganakan,gusto at di – gusto.

Gagawin mo nang buong tapat at husay ang bawat gawain sa modyul na ito sa tulong ng taong gagabay sa iyo.
Gawing gabay ang mga halimbawa sa bawat pagsasanay.

Alamin
Panuto sa Magulang: Babasahin mo bilang magulang ang nakasulat sa modyul para maging gabay ng bata upang
malaman ang leksyon na dapat niyang maintindihan. Ikaw ang magiging kahalili ng guro upang matiyak ang
pagkatuto ng iyong anak.

Magandang araw! Narito ako upang ibahagi ang bagong kasanayan na lubhang

mahalaga sa iyong pag –aaral.

ang kanyang angking kaalaman para sa ating aralin ngayong araw. Ang iyong tapat na paggabay sa
iyong anak ay aming hinihiling.

The Limbs - are the longest parts of the body.
There are 2 types of Limbs:

1. Upper limbs - these are parts of limbs that can be seen on our upper part
of our body. It contains the following parts:

of our body. It contains the following parts:

Idokumento ang ginagawa ng iyong anak sa pamamagitan ng pagkuha ng litrato o video upang maging basehan na
siya ang gumagawa ng mga Gawain. Ang lahat ng iyong dinukumento ay iyong iipunin kasama ang mga
Worksheets na sinagutan ng iyong anak.

2. PUSA siya ang sinasabing kaaway ng aso, may siyam na buhay.

3. IBON siya ay mabait na hayop na nagbibigay ng magandang

4. BAKA siya ang pinagkukunan natin ng gatas. Mabait at

The Different Body Movements using Body Parts

1. Walking - we do this movement using our feet. We do this


everyday when we go around.
2. Running - just like walking, we do this movement using our feet.
Running does fast compare to walking.

3. Jumping - by this, we are doing movement quickly by using our


muscle's legs and feet.
4. Hopping - this movement you are just like a kangaroo.
- another one is you are raising your one foot
and hopping like this

5. Crawling - this movement refers to babies. We use our hands.

6. Swimming - this movement must be doing in the water. We use our


hands in doing swimming.

7. Bending - we do this movement using our body. It goes downward


from vertical position.
8. Swinging - we do this movement using our arms.

9. Swaying - we do this movement using our hips.


- we can sway also by using our hands side to side.

10. Nodding - we do this movement using our head.


This can be done when we are agree or saying yes
to someone.

- A Slanting line is a line of oblique direction.

There are two (2) kinds of slanting line:

Tungkulin niyang buhayin ang pamilya.

makain, maisuot, matirahang ligtas na tahanan,

Let’s Learn
Your body grows and you need to stay alive. Your body needs food to eat and water to drink. You
have to eat the right kinds of food. Fruits and vegetables are good for the body. Candies can make
your teeth decay. You should drink six to eight glasses of water every day. Drinking water will help
digest the food you eat.
You also need exercise, to be strong and become alert. Exercise will keep your muscles firm.
Exercise will also make your bones strong, running, walking, and jumping are some forms of
exercise.
You do not easily get sick when you are healthy, you can go to school and play. You need to take
good care of your body and your body parts.

Here are some practices to follow in caring for your body parts:
1. Protect your eyes from strong light and wind.
2. Keep the body clean. Take a bath evey day.
3. Wear clean clothes.
4. Use clean handkerchief to wipe your nose.
5. Brush your teeth after eating.
6. Use cotton buds for cleaning the ears.
7. Keep your nails clean and short.
8. Always comb your hair.

Let’s Learn

Man is a living thing. Man grows and does many things like work. Man needs many things in order
to live. There are five basic things that man needs. This are

1. Food
- it helps our body grow strong. Food gives energy to your body to be able to play and to work.

2. Clothes

- it protects our body from heat and cold. You wear a uniform in school, formal dress for a party,
play clothes for playing, and work clothes at home. You also wear clothes for different kinds of
weather. You wear thick clothes during cold and rainy days. You wear light clothes during summer
days. You also wear swimsuits when you go swimming.

3. Shelter
- You also need a place to live in. You need a house. A house is a shelter. The house protects you
from the heat of the sun and from the rain and cold. The house can be a nipa hut or a house made of
concreate materials.

4. Water
- You also need water to live. Water is one of the most important needs of a man, animals and
plants. We cannot lead our day to day life without water. Water makes up more than half of our
body weight. Without water, all organisms in the world would die. Water is necessary not only for
drinking but also for our day to day life purposes like bathing, cooking, cleaning, and washing
and so on. We cannot imagine a life without water. Other than drinking and household purposes,
water is important for existence of our world.

5. Air
- You also need air. Man, animal and every living being on earth require fresh air.
Air helps to minimize air pollution, sound pollution. Without air our big cities would have been
vacant due to clogging of polluted gases in the atmosphere. Air blows and spreads the pollution to
distance places making towns and cities suitable places to live.

Layunin: Pagkatapos ng aralin ang mga mag – aaral ay inaasahang:

2. Nagagamit ito ng maayos

A. May Pitong ( 7) araw sa Isang Linggo.

B. Limang ( 5 ) araw ang may pasok sa Eskuwela.

1. Lunes 2. Martes 3. Miyerkules 4. Huwebes 5. Biyernes

C. Dalawang ( 2 ) araw ang walang pasok.

1. Sabado at 2. Linggo

D. Kapag Sabado, nagpapahinga ang mga bata sa mga gawaing pang – eskuwela.
Kapag Linggo, nagsisimba, namamasyal at dumadalaw ang pamilya sa mga kamag – anak.
