A Site meeting was held with the all the participants as

mentioned in the above Participants List. The concerns
and discussions are briefed here below :
• A site visit was made and the site conditioned were
reviewed. It was observed that the PEB installation
work is moving reasonably fast and an immediate

• There is a difference in Floor Heights, of building as

compared to the Elevation Drawing available with
SSP. SSP needs to check the same with their
design team and check for the possible solutions for
placement of equipment. Also, SSP is requested to
check with their design / fabrication team if the
difference in height has already been captured
earlier and incorporated in the drawing or not (as
per the earlier drawings submitted by IPS).
Accordingly, a feasible solution would be worked
out together.
• All the Process Equipment Suppliers were
requested for the followings :
✓ To submit detailed P&IDs.
✓ To submit the requirement of various Utilities –
i.e., the Quality, Specifications, and the Volumes.
✓ Confirm the availability of Site Engineer for IPSI / HLI

• Shefa Engineers was shown all the designs and the Dr. Rajpal
requirements and was requested to plan for action
Process Equipment and Utility Piping installation.
(Process Piping is in the scope of respective
equipment suppliers).
• Following details were discussed with Drying
Systems :
✓ They were requested to propose supply of
Product Down-Chute for transfer of powder
material from First Floor to Ground Floor for
Powder Processing and Packing (@E107). The
same can be in 3 pieces of 1.5 m. each and to be
interconnected by means of Gasket and Tri-
clover Flange Joint with Clamp.
✓ As the System will be handling and transfer
Powder, please check and provide proper Static
Current Dissipation System.
✓ As there are possibilities for escape of some
powder with the exhaust system, it is requested
for providing a Scrubber System (as additional
item), to be placed at Terrace Level and connect
the same with the exhaust pipe.
✓ It was discussed that the Heated Air
Temperature needs to reach around 180 deg.C.
