Scenario
ABC Beverage Company is facing problems after launching the new
production machinery. Employees are not used to the new machine and the
error rate is too high. This is costing too much to the company. The
management has launched a training program to train the production line
employees, This training program had cost of 15 lac Rupees. The errors
performed by the employees before and after training program are mentioned
below.

2. Return on Investment (ROI) (3 Marks)
3. In amount of savings, whether this training program is effective or not? (2 Marks)
