First of all I have to say that just because these shows are directed at younger audiences does not

mean that the shows are no less good. Just like the fact that if a show is old does not make it any
worse. In fact I genuinely love these movies/shows and I think that most of these are so underrated
just because of the fact that it is for younger children. Please do not discount the movies/tv shows
just because they might be animated or childish because most of these movies/tv shows are better
than most movies/tv shows aimed at older people (in my opinion). Enjoy!

Sonic boom (comedy)

This show was such a good show and still is. It is perfect if u want a tv show with just the right
amount of comedy and action. I don’t think this show is on Netflix any more and that really makes
me so annoyed because it was such a good show. I was introduced to this by my Sister and I fell in
love with it by the end of the episode. The characters are also very likeable but I have to say my
favourite character is Knuckles who is essentially the comic relief character but all of the character
are so good. Overall I would rate this tv show 8.25/10. However according to IMDb it’s a 6.9/10
which in my opinion is total rubbish but it is a 4.3/5 according to 303 people’s ratings which I think
more accurately describes the amazingness of the show.

The inbestigators (mystery, comedy)

This is like the best kind of mystery they are short and sweet and are so funny and figuring who did it
as you go along is so much fun. Basically the show is about a group of children (Ava, Kyle, Maudie
and Ezra) solving mysteries and “crimes”. This is a more toned down version of typical mysteries and
is perfect for all ages. Personally I would give this a 8.1/10 and IMDb rates it 8.2/10. 975 People also
rate it a 4.8.

Alvin and the chipmunks (comedy)

Alvin and the chipmunks is in my opion one of the best shows I have ever watched. It is basically
about three chipmunks (Alvin, Simon and Theodore) who go on all sorts of adventures. There is also
three more chipmunks (Brittany, Jeanette and Elaneor) and though they are not the main main
characters they are still main characters and altogether the six chipmunks are hilarious. This show I
would probably give a 8.4

Ever after high(fantasy)

This show oh my gosh I have no words to describe it is AMAZING. It has the perfect mix of fantasy,
comedy, fairy-tales, and is just overall pure gold. It is essentially the stories of the children of the
classic fairy-tale characters that most children grew up reading. This show is such a binge-worthy
show and I think that if u like shows with VERY evil antagonists, great humour and fairy-tale
retellings you will love this show. I would say that this show would be a solid 8.5/10 because if the
fact that I am bias to fairy-tale retellings because of the fact that at one point in time fairy-tale
retellings were all I would read in terms of books on my kindle. According to IMDb it’s a 7.9/10 and I
think that’s harsh because it’s such a good show, but it is rated 4.9/5 by 709 people which I think
shows how good of a show this is. This show is a Netflix original and would therefore always be on
Netflix which I am so happy with because if this went off Netflix I would cry. Not to mention the
theme song oh my gosh that was just *chefs kiss*.
*Dragons: race to the edge*(the best combination of every genre)

I cannot describe how much I love this show. I would say that if I am not as bias to full house as I am
I would say that this is as good if not better and that says a lot about how good this show is. This
show has literally every genre you could possibly want in a tv show. U name it, it has it. The
animation is absolutely amazing and way better than most tv shows. The characters are all so very
well developed and each have their own unique personality and are all so likeable (my personal
favourite characters are the twins for obvious reasons). The plot is also **very** good I won’t
explain anything about it to u because I don’t wanna spoil it but it is basically about dragons. I love
this show so much and I think I would probably rate it a 9.5/10 also just because of how good it is.
IMDb rates it a 8.2/10 and 232 people rate it a 4.9 which I would say is accurate IF and only IF I
wasn’t biast.

*Full house*(pure comedy and deep convos too)

I am VERY bias to this show because of the fact that I watched it when I was younger and due to the
fact that comedy is my favourite genre. I would say that this show has a good balance of comedy and
life lessons and is such a good show. It might be a little old but that does not take away form the
AWSOMENESS of this show. The show is basically about a family of 3 children and a dad but the
thing is that the Mother dies. So then the father invites his Brother-in-law and his Best Friend (both
of whom are his best friends) to help raise his 3 daughters which results in a whole lot of adventures
and life lessons. This show would be a solid 9.5/10 overall and I love it so much. This is one of the
shows that I can watch no matter my mood. IMDb rates it a 6.8/10 which is completely wrong (I
would use stronger words if I am allowed to but I’m not so “completely wrong” would have to
suffice) however an audience of 1123 people agree with me and rate it a 4.8.

*Barbie life in the dreamhouse*(completely comedy)

Now **I KNOW THAT THIS SHOW IS FOR CHILDREN ** but hear me out. This show is **THE BEST
FOR COMEDY** it might seem like a really dumb show but that is part of the show. It’s such a good
just-relax-and-watch show or a I’m-depressed-right-now-and-I-want-to-watch-a-tv-show-to-lift-my-
mood-and-help-me-laugh kinda show. This show was and still is ✨iconic✨ especially Raquel who is
my favourite character. Period. If you think any other character is better u are wrong. Raquel being
the best character is not an opinion. It’s a fact. Fight me. This show is one of my favourites and I
would rate it a 8.5/10
