I. Objectives
1. Identify appropriate cleaning tools and equipment.
2. Prepare appropriate supplies and materials for cleaning different areas.
3. Follow instructions in handling different cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies.
4. Observe safety/precautions in utilizing and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools.

make the household chores much easier.

III. Procedure
1. Introduction
a. Review:
1. What Cleaning Tools and Materials do you have in your house?
2. How are the cleaning materials used in your home?
b. Introduction of the lesson
2. Presenting of the lesson
a. Show cleaning tools and materials as mentioned in the book.
b. Make the learners read page 3-4.
c. Presenting example/instances to learners about the Cleaning Tools and Materials.
3. Guided Practice
1. Group the learners in to group of three(3).
2. Instruct each group to create Retrieval Data Chart about Cleaning Tools and
Materials in the provided manila paper. (Estimated time: Twenty(20) Minutes)
3. Assign each group three(3) to four(4) Cleaning Tools and Materials.
4. Explain to the learners that the information that they will gather and organize will
be taken from what they will read in the book. Give one example for the learners to
understand the activity.
