Oxygen is a gas that your body needs to work properly. Your cells need oxygen to make energy. Your
lungs absorb oxygen from the air you breathe. The oxygen enters your blood from your lungs and travels
to your organs and body tissues

Oxygen is the chemical element with the symbol O and atomic number 8

Carbon is a chemical element with the symbol C and atomic number 6.Carbon is the basic building block
to most cells in the body. It helps with cellular respiration by which your body releases energy stored in
glucose and the glucose compound is composed of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen.

Hydrogen is the chemical element with the symbol H and atomic number 1. Hydrogen is found in sugar,
proteins, starch and fats which are important part of human diet. - Hydrogen is an important component
of water. Because of water, cells of the body remains hydrated and help in removing toxins from the
body.

Nitrogen is element number 7 on the periodic table.Your body needs nitrogen to make proteins in your
muscles, skin, blood, hair, nails and DNA. You obtain nitrogen from protein-containing foods in your diet,
according to the Royal Society of Chemistry.

Calcium is a chemical element with the symbol Ca and atomic number 20. Calcium is a mineral most
often associated with healthy bones and teeth, although it also plays an important role in blood clotting,
helping muscles to contract, and regulating normal heart rhythms and nerve functions.

Phosphorus is a chemical element with the symbol P and atomic number 15. Phosphorus is a component
of bones, teeth, DNA, and RNA [1]. In the form of phospholipids, phosphorus is also a component of cell
membrane structure and of the body's key energy source, ATP.

Potassium is a chemical element with the symbol K and atomic number 19.Potassium is a mineral that
your body needs to work properly. It is a type of electrolyte. It helps your nerves to function and
muscles to contract. It helps your heartbeat stay regular.

Iron is a chemical element with symbol Fe and atomic number 26.Iron is a mineral that the body needs
for growth and development. Your body uses iron to make hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that
carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body, and myoglobin, a protein that provides oxygen to
muscles. Your body also needs iron to make some hormones.

Zinc is a chemical element with the symbol Zn and atomic number 30. Zinc is a trace mineral, meaning
that the body only needs small amounts, and yet it is necessary for almost 100 enzymes to carry out vital
chemical reactions. It is a major player in the creation of DNA, growth of cells, building proteins, healing
damaged tissue, and supporting a healthy immune system.
