the first edition of our Model United Nations conference
being held at the Lahore Debating Gala from the 17th of
September 2022 to the 19th of September 2022.

In this edition of the Lahore Debating Gala, we commit

without reserve, to the substantive excellence
showcased at the Lahore Debating Gala 2021. Fatima
Memorial Hospital is the first medical institution in
Lahore to hold a MUN conference. Whether delegates
are MUN veterans or have no prior Model UN
experience, we sincerely hope that your delegates will
join us for this unique opportunity and register for the
Model United Nations category at the Lahore Debating
Gala 2022. We look forward to welcoming you in
September.

will be allotted on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

 CODE OF CONDUCT
1. All participants are expected to abide by the rules of FMH College of
Medicine and Dentistry at all time.
2. During the visit, all participants are the representatives of their
institutions, therefore they should behave in the way that upholds the
dignity of their institutions.
3. Additionally participants are required to adhere to common norms of
decency. Therefore at no point obscenity, lewd behaviour and
hooliganism will be tolerated.
4. For the duration of their visit, participants are requested to keep in
mind Fatima memorial hospital and FMH college of medicine and
dentistry are an integrated part of health care complex; refrain from
activities that may cause inconvenience or otherwise discomfort to
patients and their attendants.
5. During the competition, participants may not personally attack each
other or otherwise behave in a way contrary to the values of mutual
respect, freedom of thought and equality.
THOSE FOUND IN VIOLATING CODE OF CONDUCT MAY FACE
DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS OR DISQUALIFICATION.
1. Unethical practices, plagiarism, and cheating of any sort will result in
immediate disqualification.
2. Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in
disqualification.
3. In the event of a disqualification, all decisions will be final and no
further appeals will be
entertained.
4. Any mysterious activity or violation of rules would not be entertained.
In case of any misbehaviour,
the judges hold all the rights to disqualify the participants immediately.

DISCLAIMER
The views expressed by any participant are their own and not to be
considered representative of the views of FMHC Debating Society, FMH
College or any other parties involved.
 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. FMHC Debating and Literary Society, Fatima Memorial
Hospital College, or the Fatima Memorial System shall not
be liable for any of the following losses or damages
incurred as a result of participation (whether such damage
or losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
(a) physical injury; (b) loss of or damage to property; (c)
financial loss; (d) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (e)
losses suffered by third parties; or (f) any other indirect,
consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from
participation at any stage, or the intention to participate.
2. FMHC Debating and Literary Society, Fatima Memorial
Hospital, or any other concerned parties including, but not
limited to, the judges are not bound to assign a reason or
furnish an explanation for any decision(s) they may take,
including disqualification
3. Participation in the Lahore Debating Gala 2022 implies
acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
4. Disagreement with the Terms, in part or as a whole, at
any point during the event will be considered tantamount to
forfeit.
5. The FMHC Debating and Literary Society reserves the
right to change the terms and conditions at any given time
without prior notice.
