Possible Questions to be Asked in English FPBA Interview:

1. What is GRADE Approach?

- This approach is the one that is used by the working group, in which they use this approach in
assessing the certainty of the evidence for outcomes related to the vaccine.
- The GRADE approach, which also stands for (Grading of Recommendations, Assessment,
Development and Evaluation) is a system for rating the quality of a body of evidence in
systematic reviews and other evidence syntheses, such as health technology assessments, and
guidelines and grading recommendations in health care.

2. Why should people buy your vaccine?

a. First of all, people should buy our vaccine because of its components and authenticity. The
Pfizer BioNTech Vaccine's different components work together to develop neutralizing
antibodies that help defend against COVID-19.

b. Second, the COVID-19 Vaccines Work Group, which is made up of health care
methodologists, guideline developers, physicians, health service researchers, health
economists, public health officers, and others. This group met 27 times to assess COVID-19
surveillance data, evidence for the vaccine's effectiveness and safety, and COVID-19 vaccine
implementation concerns, with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine being investigated for
up to two years.

c. According to studies, our vaccine is 95.0% effective in those who have never had an
infection and 92% effective in people who have had infections but have underlying medical
concerns. Also, as mentioned by several surveys, most vaccine users experienced mild to
moderate symptoms. Although these symptoms may occur after receiving our vaccine, they
are merely confirmation of effectiveness that user will experience.

d. Fourth, compared to Moderna vaccine, our vaccine is recommended for people ages 16 and
above and consists of 2 doses, 3 weeks apart at $19.50. While the Moderna vaccine is
recommended for people aged 18 and above and consists of a dose of $25-37 each. Both
vaccines provide efficacy for at least 119 days after the first vaccination, however, although
Moderna is pricier, its effectiveness is lower compared to our vaccine, having only 94.5%
effectiveness while ours is at 95%.

e. Lastly, all vaccines have their side or adverse effects, however it has been shown in
numerous experiments that the occurrence of these adverse effects is decreased in our
vaccine compared to Moderna vaccines. As such, I can claim that for persons above the age
of 16, it is efficient and more preferrable to get the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccination as it is more
affordable, effective, and generally more efficient.

3. And I can say that because of these factors, I am confident that our vaccine, which is the world's
first successful coronavirus vaccine and has received the world's first COVID-19 vaccine
authorization, is the greatest choice for battling the COVID-19 virus.
