JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT
I, DARWIN B. VILLAFLORES, married, Filipino, and a resident of
Sitio Talisay, Brgy. East Pob., Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte,
businessman by profession, after having been duly sworn to an oath in
accordance with the law, and in answers to the questions asked of me, do
hereby depose and say:
That this examination is conducted and supervised by Atty. Eulogio
L. Lagudas, Jr. in his private Law Office located at Back Capitol Site,
Dipolog City, in the language known and understood by me;
That I am fully conscious and do so under oath in answering the
questions asked of me. That I likewise understood that I may face criminal
liability for false testimony or perjury in giving untruthful answers to the
question asked of me.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Q. What is your highest educational attainment?
A. A college undergraduate;

2. Q . What is your line of work?

A. I am a businessman engaged in buying Bangus fry as a
stockholder, and selling it to prospective customers;

3. Q. What is your purpose in executing this Judicial Affidavit?

A .To give testimony regarding the previous credit transaction I had
with Mr. Jufel E. Acorin;

4. Q. What was your transaction with him?

A. Mr. Jufel E. Acorin acquired from me 58,000 Bangus fry for his
fishpond operation worth P26,500;

5. Q. What was your system of payment?

A. He made a down payment in the amount of P5,000, and the
balance would be paid by him out of the harvest proceeds he
would acquire from the sale of Bangus fish harvest;

6. Q. What happened with his balance?

A. He was able to completely pay his obligation;

7. Q. When and where did your transaction take place?

A. In Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte, and I delivered them to his
fishpond in Dampa, Polo, Dapitan City, sometime in October 2021;

 8.Q. Do you have personal knowledge as to whether Mr. Jufel E. Acorin
acquired Bangus fry from another seller aside from you?
A: He acquired 200,000 Bangus fry from Rommel Bahian of
Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte;

9. Q. Why do you know about such a transaction between Mr. Jufel E.

Acorin and Rommel Bahian?
A. Because Rommel Bahian is my friend who is also engaged in the
same business as mine. He informed me that a certain ALBERT E.
TONQUIN, an agent of Mr. Jufel E. Acorin, who actually the one who
ordered from him 200,000 Bangus fry;
