1.Passengers travelling on any flight must provide their full name (as appears on passport), date of birth and gender. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in additional charges
payable directly to the airline or in a worst-case scenario, be denied boarding . Many countries require Passports to have a remaining validity of 6 months or more on the date of arrival.

3.The Traveller is responsible for complying with the HEALTH formalities of the country of destination and for doing any vaccination in good time . Any disadvantages arising from non-
compliance with the regulations shall be borne by the passenger.

4. Each airline sets its own baggage allowances, depending on factors such as fare paid , class of travel, route.
Where the “piece concept ” applies, generally, two pieces of checked baggage are allowed per passenger, each piece weight varies between 15 to 23 kg (economy) depending on airline, class
of travel & destination.
Travellers are advised to check baggage allowances with the TRAVEL AGENT when booking to avoid confusion or complications at check-in.

5. Booking Conditions: Please check your itinerary for accuracy . If there are any discrepancies please contact your travel office
before business closure.. Failure to inform us of any amendments required to your itinerary on the same day the booking is made and the itinerary
issued may result in an increase in fare or lack of availability on the desired services. Your fare is calculated in accordance with the
service provider’s tariff on the date of ticket issue for travel on specific dates and itinerary shown on the ticket. Should you change your
itinerary or dates of travel this may impact the fare to be paid .
