 Details of claim for Bored casting situ and precast driven pile

1. precast driven pile:

 Test Pile ( 5 different location)

1) B-34A - 3 nos.
2) B-45 - 5 nos.
3) Kasa Issle - 5 nos.
4) Boulevard - 3 nos.
5) Crescent - 3 nos.
Total - 19 nos.

 Routine Pile ( 5204 nos. completed) as on 19th Oct'11

1) B-34A - completed
2) B-45 - completed --- ( worked for only single shift from the beginning of the work)
3) Kasa - tower-01 complete
tower-02 - 52 piles are balance
tower-03 - 63 piles are balance
tower-04,05,06 ( approx. 885 piles are available)
( 3 RIGS ARE WORKING AND WILL GET FREE FROM 30TH NOV'11)

4) Boulevard - tower-01 complete

tower-02 - 2 piles are balance ( area is not clear)
tower-03 - 209 piles are balance ( work stopped by villager’s)
tower-04,05, 06,07 ( approx. 1269 piles are available) , urgent requirement of front.

 Test Pile ( 3 different location)

1) Crescent Homes – 04 nos.

2) B-45 Towers ---02 nos.
3) Kube Towers --- 03 nos.

Claim: -
1) Our claim is for B-45 towers for one complete shift, which was idle due to the villager’s problem from the start to
2) Power supply at Old casting yard , where the supply of power is restricted upto 10 pm Only
3) driving depth which is certified as per the termination of 15 mtr. pile , Ave. driving depth paid @ 13.5 mtr./pile

Area of concern:-
1) Requirement of additional casting bed
2) we have deployed 6 driving rigs 3 at boulevard and 3 at kasa isles which will get free by the first week of Dec'11
Requirement of front for driving in advance for the deployment of above rig. from 20th of Nov'11 , Because
rigs will get free one by one.
3) Continously work is getting stopped by villegers at Boulevard which is affecting the driving progress.

Ave/day= 35/day

Driven = 640 nos.

Ave/day= 46/day

Shutters available = 62+28 = 90 complete sets
