5. A middle aged hypermetropic lady with tense personality C/O Rt. unilateral
sudden severe visual deterioration associated with severe ocular pain,
headache and nausea. On examination, vision in RE is counting finger &
the eye has circumcorneal congestion & hazy cornea. Pupil is oval, fixed
semi dilated, anterior chamber is shallow and intra-ocular pressure (IOP) is
55 mm of Hg.
