LEASE RENEWAL

We, Tomas Jimenez, Ben Wilde, Aedan Sheffar, the tenants of Unit 2 at 1663 Edward St.,
Halifax, hereby confirm that we shall be renewing the lease for the premises for another 1-year
period commencing May 1, 2022 and ending April 30, 2023.  Effective October 1 , 2022, the st

rent shall increase to $2,370.00 per month. Until that date, the rent shall remain the same at
$2,325 per month.
