    From :16 May to 23 May
    : Assessment of all structures across the country (verification process)
    :23 May to 13 June
    : Elections for all local structures
    :13 June to 04 July
    : Election for all districts
    :04 July to 30 July
    : All provincial congress should seat
    :19 August to 21 August
    : National Congress should seat.
    Recruitment of membership is an own going program
    Membership requirements.
    • Between 18-35 years
    • Must be involve in project related to agriculture and Rural Development
    • RSA citizen
    • Have a registered entity
    • Be in involved in the agriculture value chain
    • Sign a membership form and pay membership fee

    Election procedure
    Local Structure
    All membership is allowed to contest and be elected to any office of responsibilities
    The local structure shall consist of.
    1. Chairperson
    2. Deputy chairperson

    President, Deputy President, Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General, Treasurer General

    District structure
    All membership is allowed to contest and be elected to nay office responsibilities.
    • Congress must be attended by local delegates
    • Only officials’ position must be elected
    District structure shall consist of.
    1. Chairperson
    2. Deputy chairperson
    3. Deputy secretary
    4. Treasure
    The chairperson and secretary of all locals under that district shall seat as additional
    members to form a District Executive Council.

    Provincial structure
    All members is allowed to contest and be elected to any office of responsibilities
    • Delegates must be coming from the districts
    • Only officials’ position must be elected.
    Provincial structure shall consist of
    Provincial - Chairperson
    Deputy chairperson
    Secretary
    Deputy secretary
    Treasure

    The district chairperson and secretary shall seat at the provincial structure as
    additional members to form a Provincial Executive Council

    National structure
    • Delegates must be coming from the provinces
    • Only officials’ position must be elected
    The national structure shall consist of.
    National- President
    Deputy president
    Secretary General
    Deputy secretary General
    Treasure General

    Provincial chairperson and secretary must seat as additional members on the to form
    a National Executive Council.

    National event for Youth in Agriculture and Rural Development SA.
    • Will be hosted between Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, or Mpumalanga
    • 1000 delegates will attend
    • Deputy president will be invited
    • National minister for agriculture
    • MEC
