GROUP-II SERVICES (DIRECT RECRUITMENT-GENERAL)

Notification No.25/2018

In continuation to the Commission’s Selection Notifications dated 28-

10-2020, 21-12-2020 and 05-05-2021, It is hereby notified that, pursuant to
verification of certificates/Computer Proficiency Test and verification of physical
standards by Medical boards, of candidates shortlisted from Main Examination and
selected provisionally to the posts falling under Group-II Services, Notification
No.25/2018, Dt:31-12-2018 and in pursuant to the orders of the Hon’ble High
Court in W.P.No.8747 of 2020 dated 04-01-2022, the selection of
candidate bearing Regd.No.250713815 vide Selection Notification dated
28-10-2020 is revised and the orders of the Hon’ble High Court in
W.P.No.13979 of 2020 dated 24-01-2022, the candidates whose Registered
numbers are given below have been provisionally selected to the posts as per their
Sports Priority assigned by the SAAP under Sports Quota. The selections are
subject to outcome of Writ Petitions pending before the Hon’ble A.P. High Court
and to the following conditions:

1) That success in the Examination confers no right to appointment unless the

appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered
necessary that the candidate having regard to his/her character and
antecedents are suitable in all respects for appointment to the service.

2) That the Candidate is found physically fit for the post.

3) That the Candidate should produce original certificates as may be required by

the appointing authority in accordance with the Rules / Notification.

If, it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any Candidate
furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of
omission or commission of any candidate then his/her provisional selection is liable
to be cancelled at any stage and he/she will forfeit all consequential benefits
including that of selection. Besides, the Commission reserves the right to take any
action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case in terms of the various
enabling provisions as notified in Notification No.25/2018.

The selections to the remaining unfilled vacancies will be reviewed separately

in terms of existing rules and procedures in vogue as per the conditions of the
notification/availability of eligible candidates in Mains examination.
