6. Send your final papers (both doc and pdf format), filled registration form (doc format),
copyright form (jpg format less than 100KB) and the scanned payment proof* to
reg@acmme.org (Before April 20, 2016)

*If you pay by on-line Credit Card Payment, please fill your confirmation number in the registration form

after paying.

*If you pay by bank transfer, please scan the payment slip as the payment proof for checking.

Maybe some authors couldn’t attend the conference to present their papers due to some
unavoidable matters, so if you and your co-author(s) could not attend ACMME 2016 to present
your paper for some reasons, and please inform us, we will send you, the official receipt and
proceeding after conference free of charge.
