4. RU CMT SURFACE LINES WITH T-SUB, AND LOW- TORQUE VALVE. TEST LINES TO 3500 PSI. ( TEST
LINES W/ MUD). KEEP PIPE MOVING ALL THE TIMES.
5. START MIXING CMT
6. CIRC AND CONDITIOING MUD IN&OUT 11.5 PPG, WHILE MOVING PIPE UP AND DOWN.

7. PUMP 35.0 BBLS 14.0 PPG SPACER AHEAD, PUMP 68 BBLS, 383SX, 17.0 PPG "G" NEAT CMT
SLURRY, PUMP 5.0 BBLS 14.0 PPG SPACER BEHIND, DISPLACE CMT W/53 BBLS 11.5 PPG SSM (2.0
BBLS UNDER DISPLACEMENT, POOH SLOWLY 10.0 STANDS TO AVOID DISTURBING THE PLUG.
** KEEP PIPE ROTATING WHILE SPOTTING CMT PLUG.
8. CIRC 1-1/2 HOLE CAPACITY.
9. POOH, AND LD CMT DIVERTER.

2-Cement procedure

Performing cement job as following:
1. Pump 40 bbl sea water as a spacer ahead (using cmt unit).
2. Test cmt line to 4000 psi for 10 min.

3. Cont Pump 40 bbl sea water as a spacer ahead (using cmt unit)
4. Drop red bottom plug.
5. Mix & Pump 226 bbl lead cmt slurry 514 sx “G” neat, weight 12 ppg with cmt additives as
per lab test.
6. Mix & Pump 102 bbl tail cmt slurry 500 sx “G” neat, weight 16 ppg with cmt additives as per
lab test.
7. Drop black top plug
8. Pump 20 bbl seawater as a spacer behind.
9. Switch line to rig pumps and displace cmt w/344 bbl spud mud 10.2 ppg (AVG. rate 6 BPM),
last 10 bbl reduce displace rate to 2 BPM.
* Final displacement press = psi
* Bump plug with 500 psi over F.D.P = psi
* monitor loss while pump cmt & displacement.
* check float equipment.
* At last 40 bbl displacement open the wing valve on 30” conductor, then keep it open.
10. R/D cmt line. With neutral csg wt, Back out running tool 3 turns to the right to open wash
ports. R/U cmt line. Circulate out cmt with seawater from tank # 4 at high rate (20 BPM).

Cont circ until no cmt return.


Note: Mud Eng. Will is monitoring any return cmt back to the surface.

11. Spot 20 bbl of Lignosulphnate @ mud line hanger.

12. Retighten running tool with 3 turns to lift to close wash ports & Re-torque with 2000 ft-lb,
test 13-3/8” csg to 2000 psi for 10 min.

13. L/D cmt head & surface line.

14. Cut windows in 30” conductor csg 4 ft above conductor support.

15. Rough cut 13-3/8” csg through conductor windows. L/D csg cut off.

16. R/D handling tool. N/D flow line & 30” bell nipple.

17. N/D diverter system.

18. Final cut 30” csg & L/D cut off & 30” swage.

P/U cooled csg cutter & final cut 13-3/8” csg above conductor support.

P/U 5” cmt diverter on 5” DP, run to MLH @ 249’ RKB. Circ at high rate to ensure the landing
profile inside 13-3/8” hanger is free of cmt. Pooh with cmt diverter & L/D same.

22. Install and weld Braden head using Hothead technique test same to 1000 psi.

23. N/U & full test Bop’s.


24. Install wear bushing.

* Bump plug with 1000 psi over F.D.P = psi (MAX 2000 PSI)
* monitor loss while pump cmt & displacement.
* check float equipment.

56. Wait on cement 4 hr’s .

57. S/d 13-3/8" casing, if no movement, WELD 24” conductor pad eyes and cold cut 24"

conductor, then hang up diverter system and cold cut 13-3/8" casing.

Note:- while cut 24" conductor R/D cement head.

58. R/d 13-3/8" cut off joint and one joint.
