CONDUCT OF BENCHMARKING ACTIVITY ON SPA & SPS

1. In line with DepEd Order No. 54, s. 2010 which stipulates the strengthened
implementation of the Special Programs in the Arts and in Sports (SPA and SPS)
and in compliance with Division Memorandum 516, s 2022, this office hereby
conducts the benchmarking activity on SPS and SPA including the SBM Level of
Practices in Granja Kalinawan National High School on August 29, 2022 (9AM)
with the following list of participants, to wit:

Joeven A. Gloria – Table Tennis Coach
Bernley Joy M. Nobleza – Arnis/Creative Writing Coach
Miguel G. Covero Jr. – SPS Coordinator
Elsie C. Pasaol – Photography Coach
Gilbert M. Acompañado – Softball Coach

2. This activity aims to document the school’s best practices in SPS, SPA, and SBM
through the following:
a. document the school’s initiative and its contribution to the achievement of
learning outcomes;
b. note down the school’s unique practices;
c. validate data through interview, focused group discussions, analysis, and
observation; and
d. gain knowledge on the program’s sustainability.

3. Transportation expenses will be charged against School MOOE/Local Funds,


subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
