5.) How can you I think we should change or
promote men reform our culture that is
and women’s blocking our way to progress
equality? our society because now we
realize that women can also
work in a man's job and vice
versa. We should give fair
treatments for both sexes. Let
us spread positivity wherever
we are. Let us start forgetting
what competition and
domination to other gender is.
In particular, as a student and
an eldest son in the family, I
have a sister that I always
disagree with when it comes
to family decisions and
planning. I always suppress her
and tells her that she doesn’t
have a right in the decision
making in the family, and in
order to promote equality at
home, I would start by
changing my perception and
become open minded.
With how shallow the mentality
of some people even in the
modern days, eradicating this
stigma would be very difficult,
but I think subjects like Gender
and Society (overall putting this
kind of topic in the Education
curriculum) is very effective and
strategic. Addressing gender
equality will start on educating
individuals and reforming the
crooked notion about men and
women through series of either
multimedia tools or shows that
will create an in depth
understanding on how this
would work and the benefits of
this. Overall, let us all help
eradicate all forms of prejudice
and discrimination on the basis
of gender.
