1  Warm up in house lines o Tag

Gym  Fitness run: o
o Whistle conrtrolled walking,
jogging, running
 Tornado tag:
o A student from each house will be
given a tag. One student from each
house will be the seeker. The rest of
the students will form a circle by
placing their hands on the other
students’ shoulders. The seeker will
go against another house and try to
take the tag from them whereas the
students forming the circle must try
and keep the student with the tag
away from the seeker by turning the
circle like a tornado.

2  Greeting in class o Flat cones

Classroom &  Introduction to softball video will be shown o Sponge balls
Gym in classroom.
 Warm up in house lines
 Fitness run:
o Whistle conrtrolled walking,
jogging, running
 Softball drills
o Students will be dicided into pairs
and then they will be placed in
separate stations.
o Students will practice pitching,
catching, throwing, and roll drill
