I am Jhorrielle Miles Carnate, a resident of Brgy.34 Cabaruan, Baccara, Ilocos Norte, 19 years old,
enrolled in Data Centre College of the Philippines taking up Bachelor of Science in Hospitality
Management(BSHM), am writing this letter of application to your office regarding your offered
scholarship grants sir.

I am currently dealing with some financial difficulties in my studies because, my family is not financially
stable due. I am applying for this scholarship so that I would be able to sustain and continue with my
studies if you grant my request sir.
