Respected sir!

We are writing this letter to ask permission to your good office to please allow us
to initiate a “Community Pantry” activity. This is in connection with the implementation of
our “GULAYAN SA BAKURAN PROJECT” for the subject NSTP2 (2 nd semester A.Y.
2021-2022). We believe that community service is one of the noblest things and we are
a team of 7 sections enrolled in this class respectively BSHM 1-A, B, C, D, E, F and H.

As an integral part of the social and moral development of students, it is a matter

of our happiness that we express our utmost willingness to participate in the name of
social service. Our target beneficiaries are primarily the underprivileged families and
other members of our local community. The said activity is tentatively scheduled on
(date). The venue will be at Data Center College of the Philippines Brgy. 1, Laoag City
and will start at 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
