WHAT TO DO BEFORE,DURING,AND AFTER

EARTHQUAKE?

Here are the guides to do before,during and after

earthquake:
BEFORE EARTHQUAKE:
-know earthquake hazards in your area.

-familiarize yourself with the exit routes or ways to get

pass the earthquake.

-prepare your emergency kit with

foods,medicines,drinks,and clothes.
-practice regular earthquake drills.

-plan evacuation areas in your villages.

DURING EARTHQUAKE:
-be calm,alert,and don’t panic.

-if you are in a building,open the door,to

duck,cover,and hold,and hold under the
table/desk.
-if you are outside,go to an open
area,away from trees,posts,other
structures,and prone areas.

-if you are in a vehicle,stop your car and

get out.
AFTER EARTHQUAKE:

-take the fastest and safetest way out of

the building(avoid using elevators).

-check yourself or others for bad injuries.

-extinguish fires in your areas.
-if need to evacuate,go and evacuate.
