Keep bacteria at bay with my complete guide to sanitizing kitchen tools and equipment.

Key steps:
 Clean my kitchen utensils in hot water with an antibacterial detergent.
 When sanitizing kitchen tools and equipment, use either boiling water or a
solution of bleach and water.
 Store my tools in a regularly cleaned plastic or metal box to keep the
germs away.
If I don’t clean the kitchen properly, germs and bacteria can start to grow – and
quickly, too! This definitely isn’t ideal in a place where to prepare and cook food
as it can lead to the people who visit my business getting ill. To avoid this, it’s
important I’m cleaning and sanitizing kitchen utensils properly after using them.
When cleaning and sanitizing kitchen utensils, remember to dry them with
dishcloths that have been cleaned using a quality detergent, such as Sunlight
Liquid Detergent.
